About Me

I’m an Assistant Professor of human computer interaction and entertainment graphics at the Computer Graphics Technology department, Purdue University. I completed my PhD degree in media arts & sciences from the Media School, Indiana University Bloomington with minors in human computer interaction design and cognitive psychology.

My research interests are in studying game design practices and building human centric frameworks for designers working in the computer graphics and interactive entertainment industry that includes XR, Gaming, Animation & VFX Industries. I have more than 15 years of professional work experience in the field of computer graphics, interactive entertainment & information systems involving industry and academic roles in research, education, interactive media development, creative team management, production management and software product maintenance.
